| Yes, you can change your current residential and/or correspondence address when you fill in your application for international driving permit online. All vehicle and driving licence records under the same identity document number held by Transport Department will be updated to the new address (es) reported. |

| If your application details and payment are in order, the new licence will be posted to you by registered mail within ten working days. If you do not receive your licence then, you may contact 1823 Call Centre. |

| Applicant applying for an international driving permit should be a holder of Hong Kong Identity Card and a full Hong Kong driving licence which is still valid, or has not expired for more than 3 years. The applicant should not be at present disqualified from holding or driving the class(es) of vehicle for which he/she wishes to apply. |
